Welcome to BoltKit. By downloading, installing, or using our application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using BoltKit ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
BoltKit is a developer utility application that provides a suite of 10 tools including chmod calculation, cron expression building, epoch time conversion, Base64 encoding/decoding, subnet calculation, DNS lookups, HTTP status code reference, JSON formatting, regex testing, and JWT token inspection. These tools are intended for legitimate software development and system administration purposes.
3. Intellectual Property
The App, including its code, design, and content, is owned by BoltKit and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App in accordance with these Terms.
4. In-App Purchases
The App offers an optional one-time "Pro" upgrade. All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store, subject to Apple's terms, and non-refundable except as required by applicable law or Apple's policies. For refund requests, contact Apple directly.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Accuracy or reliability of output results
- Uninterrupted or error-free operation
- Fitness for a particular purpose
Results should be verified independently for production or security-critical use cases.
6. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BOLTKIT AND ITS DEVELOPERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, NOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa, without regard to conflict of law principles.
